new turbo break in?

recently upgraded the turbo on the 87. Should I leave the wastegate "loose" (opens at lower boost) for some time or can I turn it up right away?

Just make sure it getting oil,And be careful as bigger turbos make boost easier,So make sure it wont overboost and and hurt something else

that's what I'm hoping to avoid. So roughly how much can I jack it up with 46 lb "lightning" or "lime top" injectors, translator, powerplate, and the usual exhaust mods?

Run all the boost you can without KR. I really don't think that there is a break in period for turbos. I had my -44 up to 22# 30 minutes after putting it on - that was over 3 years ago.
