Ok folks here are my pressures
1000 RPM engine temp 190 degree +
  1. Connected. Then Pulled fully
Park. 100. 170
Rev. 210-240. 210
Neutral. 100. 170
Drive/OD. 100. 150
3. 100. 170
2. 150. 170
1. 150. 170

the idles look decent but I would want much more at full pull. Not sure what size boost, rev boost and spring you are running but I would look into an upgrade next time you change the fluid and filter.

I’m running stock internals as far as I know except for TransGo Hi-Performance Booster Valve kit .500. And light blue spring from Shift Technology Products 200-4R kit, I’m guessing it’s time to install the other springs from this kit.

Broken accumulator spring on left, replacement on right.
I have to believe this wasn’t helping my 1-2 shifting.

Frustration! I got it all back together, but now it won’t get out of park.
The Manual valve link, is frozen in the valve body,
any guesses? And pressure in park was lower now than before,
I’m about ready to give up.

I would have to guess that with it being from ct and the statement about the Speedo, I think it is a former law enforcement car

you probably have the s-hook on there wrong.

Even without S hook connected it was very very difficult to move the manual valve link into the valve body, I removed it to make sure there wasn’t an obstruction but didn’t see anything in the bore. Hoped it was just needing atf, or pressure from pump, but no luck.

Not sure, numbers check out to OG from 1985 Olds B/D was behind 304 Y with 2.73 rear end gear. Could be delta 88 or 98, cutlass Cruiser wagon, etc.
