Phil ran a low 1.3 (1.34?) with the front tires still up after the 60'. Kereny had a 1.395 60'. Phil ran a 6.000 1/8th@116.85 (I think). Kereny ran a slightly slower ET @117+. Phil was running around 27psi while Kereny was running 24. Probably the biggest suprise was Richie running a 9.33 at relatively high boost. Don Cruz ran a 9.45 at around 25psi. Tomorrow should be interesting when Phil's program gets cleaned up and the other guys turn up the boost.

The steaks on the grill were awesome tonight. Julie Kereny added potato's and baked beans and Tammy McGloin brought homemade pumpkin and apple pies. We had a huge crowd without any unwanted guests

yeah that's with no tuning at all. I think 130 mph will be easy. The et was 11.24 with a 1.94 60'

With that 60 she should easily be in the 10.8 range with the same tune!!!
Get that thing to hook young man!

Yeah i'm happy with it for no tuning. Gonna try to get a 10 sec timeslip on nitto's.

Congratulations to all the guys out there going fast with class.
I am amazed at how fast everyone is going.
Too bad Chris and Dusty could not make it.

John Martin made the pull from Texas. On a strong launch he apparently broke his sway bar...so much so that the quarter panel hit the pavement.

I am hauling arse up to Summit racing in McDonough GA when they open their door step at 9am as I ended up breaking the heim joint on the passenger side. The car launched straight and then all of a sudden the left front came way up and made a dead right turn about 100ft out to the center line.

Sorry dude, I am glad it looks like a simple fix.

Congrats to all the fast cars! Can't wait to hear the results from today!

A&A Performance

Live from the A&A Performance corner: Alan's 1988 Camaro ZNX Hybrid made 2 runs, both popping and lifting. The 2nd try we were going to get some data to see if we could find the popping and the block did let go. But we have another built 109 in the shop, so we arent out of commission.

So our focus turned to Jason's 87 Gold Limited. With no seat time, 1st pass was 13.0's spinning. 2nd was heated tires and a 1.67 60ft off the foot brake and landed a 12.06 @ 109. With JD and Russ Merritts help, and Brian (Blazer406) tuning with Direct Scan, we have cut heads with 14 passes and the last pass of the night got us a 1.59 60ft, 7.19 1/8th, and 11.39 @ 115!! and this is on MT drag radials, TT 93 chip, and SMC's Alky kit with 25 psi (some race fuel mix)! We weighed the car and with Jason behind the wheel, it weighed 3550! going to try for some 11.20's today (Saturday)

Everyone here is having a great time and is flat out FLYING!

Jason

Clint just called, D. Kereny ran 9.14:eek:

Shane,

That is amazing any idea on the MPH and the other incrementals on that pass?
It seems like DK is the man to beat right now.
Congratulations to everyone involved.
