Nitro booster...

I was at a hobby shop today and I saw the hobby fuel. It goes up to 35% nitro, with the other part being a split of 99% pure methyl alcohol and 10% lubricants.

Wouldn't this be similar to what snow is selling for $30 for 8 oz?

What is the ratio of the mix Snow is selling? What is the nitro cut with, methanol?
