What is your performance level at this point? If the car has 600+hp and is geared properly you will usually achieve more consistent quicker et's with a smaller non locking converter. 60 fts will be better also. A really good non locking converter will slip 10% or less at the top end. Some are as good as 6%. A locking will slip nearly 0% and will usually have greater potential in a car that runs 11.00 or slower. Id guess 4-6 mph in a 130 mph car vs a properly selected NL. The lockup unit will cost a few hundred extra $ itself and will typically need to have a lot more expensive parts installed in the trans to handle the added stress if shifted at WOT while locked up. Torque, gearing, and tire height will effect performance with different types of converters.

convertor

I went from 139 MPH to 134 going from a L/U to a N/LU
60 ft went from 1.55 to 1.46 but dropped off on the top end. Don't know about consistent as I promply took it out. I had a trans. guru convince me the car would pickup 5 mph not lose 5.

mph/e.t. LU/NLU

My car went 11.79@118.81 on a 2.0 60 ft with a nlu 3200 protorque. With a roller motor I don't think having lockup is needed. With a stocker motor and alot of bolt ons I would probably stay LU.

What was your slip % with the NL? Ive never seen mph go up with a NL as you have proven once again. I have usually seen a reduction in et in a serious high hp application like yours if gearing is correct though. If you are on the edge for your cam selection as far as being too small you are probably better off with the lock up no matter what.

Can't answer that as I no longer have the file, wish I did.
