No heat/air under WOT.

I was told this was my vacuum activated blend air door closing, due to a vac leak under high boost conditions. Is this right?

The system shuts off during WOT. It's normal.

Your check valve is probably bad or you have a leak.

Mine does it at half throttle and I have no vent/heat(Floor) only blows out the defrost.BUT the A/C blows out the vents?????????? Where should I start looking??????

Ya know man, I don't know where to look. Sorry. As far as I know, only the ac compressor clutches shut off, but that's it. The blower motor stays at its set rpm's regardless. My brothers a master mechanic, and he said that's not normal. I'm supposed to have heat, under the entire throttle range.

You've probobly lost vacuum and default is to blow out the defrost. Most cars have a vacuum reservoir under the hood. (I don't own a buick...yet) You are more than likely using more vacuum than you can produce and maintain at WOT. ie: a leak
