No Ignition???

A friend of mine just got an 87 turbo regal... the car has sat for 17 years and is in fair condition. we've done some tune up work (replaced coil, and crank sensor etc.) we still have no spark? Can anyone point us in the right direction?

Have you checked the ignition fuse?

fuses all look good... could it be the cam positioning sensor???
