I need help with starting 87 gn. cam sensor, fuel, coil pk, check fine. Any help greatly appreciated. Just back from Baghdad, ready to spool!

Spark?
Fuel Pressure?
Injector pulse?

Fuel pressure @ rail reads 40 when cranking. Spark is good. How do I check Inj pulse? Thanks

Man, I feel for ya brother....I just went through all this crappola on my initial start-up and I had all the fellas here helping me out. What is your fuel pressure after you turn key off but still on...if that makes sense. This happened to me. I had 40 before cranking and zippo after turning key down....which meant the fuel in the rail was fired but nothing coming in, which translated to bad fuel relay...$9 bucks.....and the biggie of them all is to absolutely, positively make sure that cam sensor is dialed in just right. If you need go back to my posts because some of the anecdotes were excellent....Glenn

You need a "noid" light which plugs into the injector connector. The light should blink when you crank the engine.

Are your plugs wet? Is the engine getting any fuel?

Blown INJ fuse under dash if the plugs are dry
