No power to powermaster 3 plug switch

No power to powermaster 3 plug switch. fuse is good, all grounds are good, no power on tan with white stripe or solid white. any help would be apprecated. wiring diagram ect.

i drank a few more beers & install a power brake booster.
problem solved !!! Car has some wiring issues.
