No TCC lock up, even with ECM signal

I have 12v going down the pink wire, cuts out with the brake pedal. With a test light hooked up, I get the ground signal from the ECM when driving, and when I ground out the tan wire I hear the solenoid click. Question is - If not the solenoid, what do I have to look at in the valve body to remedy this ? Trans was redone a few hundred miles ago and only recently lost the lock up.
