No Vacuum at HVAC head...

I'm not getting any audible hiss, or vent movement from the HVAC head.

I checked the one-way check-valve (new) where the hard plastic vacuum line turns into a 90*, and I have vacuum at the valve.

I'm not hearing any audible hiss or leak from the plastic line nor have i detected any cracks in it.

Any other ideas?

Have you replaced the vacuum switch on the back of the control head?

it hasn't been replaced.

however, about 2 years ago, i took the entire thing apart.. all the switchs, diaphrams, etc.. cleaned everything, lubed everything and rebuilt it has worked flawless...

untill after me reinstalling my ecm up under the dash behind the glove box.. i'll have to check and see if something got pinched.
