I was finishing installing Razors kit (finally, I've been busy) and when I went to hook the green wire to the MAP signal but it was 0. I checked under the hood and no 5 volts from the gray wire going into the MAP sensor? Before I replaced the factory dash the boost gauge was working and the only thing I changed was the 2 bar to 3 bar MAP sensor. Where do I need to start to see why I'm not getting 5 volts to the gray wire???

Nope, it's not plugged in. I put in a Dakota Digital Dash. So I need to tap into the TPS 5 volt under the dash as well as the ground. Makes since after reading #2 of your post reply. Thanks, I'll give this a try and post back but I'm sure it'll work...seeing as how the stock connector is just hanging there!!! ;)

After reading the 3 bar w/ digital dash link I went to jump the Gray wire and Ground from the white foam connector to the C-14 (TPS 5 volt) and D-12 (TPS ground) at the ECM. I disconnectd the wiring harness from the ECM and tested C-14 to see if it read 5 volts. I got 11.90 (this was grounding to the frame NOT D-12)??? Was it because it wasn't actually hooked up to the ECM?? Also because mine was an analog dash does it matter which side of the foam connector I tap into (the black side or white side)? Or just use the white and not worry about it? Lastly, I know I don't have a MAP signal due to my analog dash being removed and the connector to the "boost gauge" on the stock unit is not hooked up. Is there a way to close the loop on that connector and not have to splice into C-14 and D-12?
Again jumping the connections looks to be the easiest but the 11.90 volt has me concerned.

Forget what I said. I hooked everything up, put a paperclip in C-14 and got 5 volts. Should be good.
Thanks!!!

The 5volt regulator is built into the ecm. If you pull the plug you will not have it.

Just like the 1.6 volts on the green wire coming from MAP. If you unplug the 3bar map sensor you wont have any voltage on it.

Voltage readings are done with connectors plugged in. I only write this to help someone in the future using the search feature.

To make thing easier on yourself, just bend a paperclip and stick in the top of the C-14 slot. Test the paperclip and a ground. Should be 5 volts.
