So I have had a Art Carr non lockup converter in my trans for about 4 yrs. I maybe have 20k miles and 30 passes on my car since then. Since I bought the converter from a friend, the whole non lockup valve is news to me as of today! I read a recent thread that mentioned it and I'm wondering what the effects are if I have the stock valve in place, Len Freeman built my trans and I just put that converter right in. I obviously will get that taken care of, but have I slowly been destroying my new trans??
