Non TB 5-speed question

I got a 94 Ford Ranger, 4.0 5 speed 4x4 and after it warms up it grinds going into only 2nd gear. And from a dead stop when the clutch is all the way out, i get a little vibration. I think it only needs gear sinks, but who knows. Anyone have any ideas on what else could be wrong with it?
