I would take the motor apart before I used it just to check it out for myself. I put a few GM shortblocks in for customers way back in the "day" . every now and then a new one like this comes up.. prices are NOT goin to come down good luck on your sale
When you say "I got a NOS motor...", do you mean a short block, or a complete long block with heads, intake, valve covers, pulleys, etc.
If it's just a factory crated 109 short block [with crank, rods, cam, pistons, etc.], I'll offer a grand shipped for it IF it has the proper 86-87 pieces, and it's new...not a .030 over, .010 / .010 reman.
