I would take the motor apart before I used it just to check it out for myself. I put a few GM shortblocks in for customers way back in the "day" . every now and then a new one like this comes up.. prices are NOT goin to come down :p good luck on your sale

WOW

I hesitated on one in '99 for $400.00 I called the guy back 5 minutes later and he said some one just picked it up.

When you say "I got a NOS motor...", do you mean a short block, or a complete long block with heads, intake, valve covers, pulleys, etc.

If it's just a factory crated 109 short block [with crank, rods, cam, pistons, etc.], I'll offer a grand shipped for it IF it has the proper 86-87 pieces, and it's new...not a .030 over, .010 / .010 reman.

can't find the pics I had.. block, crank, rods and pistons.. NO cam , tc, or pan
