Not aloud in the Guns& ammo section??

Saying im banned from this feature or do not have the permission to do so?? I was just on there this morning. I know there are some sections just for paying members , but I didnt think this is one of those sections.. Anyone help me out??

JM i just got back from the range. I was trying to post my opinion on the guns. But said I was banned from this section or not permitted to do or use this action
