Not running good and stalls at idle

Ok, I have gotten my Buick back up and running since turbo failure at the track.
My car has a turbo tweak chip in it and still has 110 race fuel in it. The car has a rough idle and stalls when sitting at idle. The turbo tweak chip is setup for 93 octane. Could this be the problem? Also the IAC reading on Scanmaster show 172 at idle when car is fully warmed up.

i believe Turbo Regal Web Site has the procedure for resetting both the tps and iac...definitely try cleaning it tho...super easy and you will eliminate that from the equation
