I'd get out and throw them in the gutter. Typical pieces of shit. Plenty of insurance fraud in the USA too. CCTV is so inexpensive that it's almost worth it for anyone with any net worth to have one for their own protection. Insurance fraud pisses me off. I pay a lot extra because of fraudulent claims. I've never put in a liability claim and I've been driving 20 years. I always had at least 100k/300k coverage too. Plenty of the $$$ I've paid in went to payout fraudulent claims. The pieces of shit that do this don't have anything to lose and it's a misdemeanor to do what they are doing. It should be a felony because the insurance company and or driver would have to pay out a tremendous expense if the case was won by the fraudulent party. Also anytime anyone engages police in pursuit it's a misdemeanor regardless if warrants are out for them or not. That's bullshit too. If they have a felony warrant and they know it they are going to try and flee. It should be an automatic felony and 5 years for engaging when a felony warrant is out if caught. There's little reason for them not to try and get away under current laws.

Also, notice how most of these pedestrians are also video recording the incident with their phones.

Wish I had one in the Cobra when that guy set my son up to hit him from behind. Fortunately there was an off duty cop behind my son who testified it wasn't my son's fault and no one was charged. But with the video I might have proven he set up the kid.

I believe a swift punch to the adam's apple would certainly be in order! Especially if they jumped on my hood and caused damage to the vehicle! You can be damn sure they'd be leaving in an ambulance.....but not from injuries sustained from the vehicle!

Touching someone who has not threatened you physically is assault in this country. Could attacking your car be classified as assault, destruction of property? Would you have the right to physically stop them from damaging your property? I have to look into that.

Back in 1994 I had just finished the resto of my 72 Stage. Paint was maybe 6 weeks old. Wife's company picnic is at a public park and I like a fool wanted to show off the car. I park away from others but where I can see it. Look over and two 13-14-15 year old girls are at the car. One jumps up, sits on the wing and puts her heels on the bumper and the other tries and misses sliding off. I rush over and pull the girl off onto the grass by her arm going ballistic. Their dad comes over and gets into it but realizes I'm 6'2", weigh 240 and am in real shape (I'd been powerlifitng or 12-13 years at this point) so he just verbalizes. Granted I could have probably been charged with assault on a minor but I did not touch her other than to pull her off the car and she landed on he feet. The rest of wife's coworkers avoid me all day.

Agreed. My point being.....If I'm going to get sued, I'm really going to get sued, especially in a situation where intentional property damage is being done. I'm not saying it would be blatant, but in such a way that they would have sustained additional injuries after the fact, discretely of course!;)
