I don't know that DNA evidence from under Flores' fingertips will prove much. It's not in question that they were together, and that she willingly went to his apartment. We KNOW they were together. Doesn't prove he killed her. (Of course, I and everyone else believes that he DID)

I knew he'd end up retracting that confession.

Any juror with..

even a hint of common sense, can tie this idiot and the murder, together.....
As far as his claim he "didn't even understand" what he was signing???
My money is on the PNP..They had that confession written in his language, just to avoid what he's trying to pull.

I can hardly wait until this scumbag is finally given his death sentence, no matter how many years the judge gives him. That's what it will be once he is let out in the general population where they can get their hands on him.

The Peruvian police said before they didn't need his confession in order to find him guilty because of all the evidence they had that positively proved he was the one who killed her. Like the video tape in the hotel that shows no one else ever entered that room except scumbag and Stephany Flores. They have bars on the windows in the hotel, so no one could have came in and left that way.

They don't use the jury system in Peru, the judge who is assigned to the case makes the decision of guilty or innocent and also determines how long the sentence will be. I'm not a gambler but i would bet anything i have that he will be found guilty and it's not going to take long once scumbag goes before the judge.

You think it would be common to have someones DNA under ur fingernails? It indicates defensive wounds and also proves he was with her just prior to death. It proves a lot!

When he recants his statement that he was with her which based on his previous behavior would be common it will not allow him to point the finger at someone else like he did in Aruba.

Yep..

I wonder if the judge just may "live next door", to the family, or be a car nut??;):D
In any case, his a$$ is done for!
The "high end" prison he's now in, is not where he'll go if/when convicted.:eek:That's

Yeah, i heard them talking about that prison on the news with an international defense attorney who said he's visited 21 prisons in differnt countries and that one is the worst of them all. I can't remember the name though. There are like 15,000 inmates there and it's broken down into 1500 per cell block and there are 12 showers for them to use and the water gets turned on for 15 minutes each day for the showers. :D He also said food and drinking water was very limited with bugs crawling all about, the toilet was a hole in the floor in the middle of the cell.

"He said they promised him he would be transferred to the Netherlands if he confessed."

awwwwe shucks.. give him a break !! They LIED to him  What a POS !!! Hope Peru has some balls not to put up with his BS !!

He'll get off on a glitch somewhere, thn someone elses daughter will die. This is what happens when we stopped using the eye for an eye punishment.

I say hang the muther f*cker by his ears, then when they fall off, hang him by his pinky fingers, then when they fall off hang him by his other fingers. then just shoot him in the head and throw him in the ocean.
