i have an 84 t-type. i currently have the intake off and will be adding the alky kit in the near future. all the posts i remember have the spray nozzle located just below the turbo at the back of the intake.
my question is now does the nozzle mount is it threaded? will i have to drill and tap a hole in the intake?
i am looking to do some prep work to ease instalation when i get the kit.
i believe it would be alot easier to work with intake while it is off
kit i will be purchasing is the alkycontrol kit from Razor.
Thanks Robert

good info

thanks I have read those before and actually was what convinced me that i should use alky.
I have also looked to using other ideas i have seen you throw out there.
like using the plugged port on the front of intake for the fuel regulator to clean up some of the clutter on the manifold.

^ I have lots of ideas but don't have the car near me or the time and money. Im trying to pay some bills and get a house out here in cally. ****s expensive out here. every time i go and work on the car out in arizona i drive by signs saying ( new homes starting at the low 100's) sign me up for 4 please.

if you have any question i will answer them the best i can. i will tell you everything i know. There lots of things you can do with the vac. line. hell if you look at any of my motor pics look that the Throttle Body. i Deleted all the vacuum lines on it. There no need for all the crap.

If you want to get real creative, have the dual nozzle setup with a single nozzle in the adapter like a m10 and then a m1 or m2 pre turbo. i would like to shoot it right after the MAF myself. Just would like to do some data logging with temps with that setup. I might even go pre nozzle on my car later down the road i dont know.

all the help i can get

i to only have a small amout of time for workng on the car. it has a house but i am always traveling.
housing not crashing in calli??? it sure is in vegas.
i was told by my new neighbor he only paid $80.000 that is $25.000 less than new in 85 and about $60 less than i paid in 02 before the sharp increase.
and the craziest part about $160.000 less than the last owners forclosed mortgage
oh well.
back to the car
i have really reduced the clutter no more egr, routed the cruise under wiper motor and along fire wall. fpr and boostguage of front port. still not sure what i may do about vapor canister
i have really been looking at all the info i can find for pre turbo cooling.
not looking to break any records but wanna be in the respectable range at the track and impressive on the street.
so all the advice will be great
Robert

Internet is down at work. Using my phone. Anyways if your using the front port for the fuel pressure regulator only use if for the fuel pressure regulator. That's a critical line. Do not T it into the boost gauge. That's all I can typew for now
