Had that happen in a KFC 13 years ago when a drive through women came in and threw a tantrum over a 50 count chicken wing order she claimed was wrong. She and her son ate half of it first and then came in and wanted a new 50 count order.
My wife was at the counter holding our newborn daughter when this nut comes in and pushes her out of the way into the line of people behind her. My wife says that is unnecessary and this women starts screaming at my wife. I'm there in two seconds and grab this women's wrists before she can get to my wife a second time (I was 240# and powerliftng at the time so she wasn't any trouble). I only wanted to stop her so I was real careful not to hit or attempt to move her. Man, did she start howling when I would not let her go. I had one eye on her 16/17 year old son but he just stood quietly. The manager would not come out of his office and left me and one counter girl to deal with this (wus).
The cops finally show, I let her go and she proceeds to hit me in front of them (moron). She was part of a team the cops were looking for who ordered massive quantities of food ate half of it and then went back cliaming something was wrong and demanded a refund or new complete order. Cops were real grateful because no one ever stood up to her and detained her. The team used stolen plates so they were never caught. Awful lot of trouble for free food.
Today I'd get arrested for kidnapping or detaining plus assault.
