Off idle stutter..

I've got an off idle stutter.. im guessing its coilpak related, although without definite proof im not gonna buy a new one...

to describe it.. most of the time.. for instance, when you stop at a stop sign then start to go again, the car stutters, its VERY evident out the open exhaust and sounds kinda trashy.. until you get up some rpms then theres no more stutter or hesitation.. any ideas where to look.. or is this definitely a coil pak problem?

Could be coil pack. More likely ignition module or TPS related.
Been my experience coils usually show bad under load. I've
got a few low 10.5 ohm coils that work great for normal driving.
Could be a vacuum leak somewhere, hard to pinpoint cause.
