Any vendors sell a complete kit?

I started to post a thread yesterday about the kit I just bought from alloyboltz.com this is my second time using them and there price can't be beat and quality is great. Hers the kit I picked up allen head set, complete kit ran me about $70 shipped

Used them before on my cousins 455 and they were more than willing to swap out any fasteners that were not right. Anyway I think you can't beat it for price of a complete kit

That's the first time I ever heard that alloyboltz fit right.

That's why I went through the trouble to make my own. I know mine fit.

Haven't put mines on yet so fingers crosses but from past experience I think I'll be ok. Nothing against your set, hell I just now realized that that's you with the listings on eBay had I known I would of tried to work out a deal with you and support a member.

The kits weren't quite right, but they do swap out pieces that you find arent right. Good kit for the money. I sprung for the ARP set on their site

I started to go with the 12 point ARP's but thought I might have a hard time matching up bolts for other accessories to them

Thanks Guys, Im buying from Earl.

That's the real trick. I had no idea how many different styles and finishes there are on a socket head cap screw until I started my engine build.... There's over 3 different shapes, 3 different textures, 3 different knurls (and one smooth without a knurl) and three different finishes... With all the different sizes, lengths, SAE/Metrics, etc.... it mad for a REAL PAIN to find one style that would cover everything on our engines.

I remember when I was building my engine, I fully accepted it was going to take some back and forth to get everything just right.... looking back I'd rather been punched in the nose!! lol

I think I would rather buy from Earl who has gone through the trial and error to get the right bolts.I doubt anyone at Alloyboltz has built one of our engines and why would you want to ship bolts back and forth till you get the right ones.:banghead:

Not the case with me...some of the H2O pump and front cover stuff wasnt right, I contacted them and I got. "We have worked with Brian at Gbody parts and he is a expert in turbo buicks, so we know our stuff is right." No offense to Brian just saying what they said. They obviously didnt work to hard with him LOL.
I had to take detailed pics with measurements and such...a PITA back and forth and they finally sent the correct stuff. Found a few other things that wasnt right and said screw it, didnt want to deal with them and arguing and just bought the stuff my self and a local place that had SS stuff.

That's funny you mentioned that. Back when I was looking for a kit I found their ad. Back when it was a 'grand national' kit that had no intake stuff I could look at the picture and tell the waterpump bolts were wrong. I messaged them about it and was told the picture was accurate and they were all the right sizes....

....that's when I started doing the research. (That and I wanted quality industrial fasteners instead of chinese bolts on my engine)

Earl, I still need:

Valve covers
Fuel rail to intake
Upper plenum to intake
Throttle body to plenum
Throttle cable to plenum
Fuel rail
Intake manifold

Can you PM me a price?

Thank you!

That's what I was talking about what alloyboltz misses out on. That list is what I came up with for the intake manifold assortment... plus the FPR bolts, thermostat, EGR, water pipe clamp, plastic wiring conduit, coil pack plate, coil pack bracket, and the solid vacuum line under the TB. :)

There's just no way to get all that stuff perfect without having an intake assembly in your hands and a lot of trial and error.

I'll shoot you a PM in a second
