oil smoke out exhaust

hey guys any suggestions would be most helpful just bought car like 2weeks ago 87 gn drove abought 2 days local run the piss out of it no smoke drove to work about 35 miles got off exit smoked pretty bad out exhaust at red light idling. take off full throttle clears up stops smoking pull in work no smoke, couple days later drive about 10 or 15 miles stop 2 or 3 places go threw drive in starts smoking pull out nail car blows smoke out quits dont smoke no more all way home even in garage idling no smoke. bad rings, valve guides or is there something more simple to look at first going to get gauge to do leak down test but before tear motor down any suggestions first. cant tell any restriction in pvc, any help greatly appreciated thanks mike

Any oil in the turbine or compressor housings? Could have a turbo seal on the way out.
