87 Grand National, 40,000 miles young. My wife parked the car in the garage and the next morning I noticed a puddle of oil under the Left Exhaust pipe, the right side was dry. Has the turbo's oil seal failed? What is the next thing to check in order to diagnose the oily pipe? Thanks in advance, PLC

Are you sure it is oil? Could just be condensation mixed with soot from the exhaust that dripped out. Our cars are not true dual exhaust, which side it is on is irrelevant.

If it's leaking under the drivers side check the valve cover gaskets.

The oil is coming from the end of the tail pipe on the left side only. It's behind the rear axle and the engine it's self is dry but for a weeping rear main seal.
Any other thoughts on the oily pipe?
