Ok I need some questions answered

If some of you guys could answer a few questions. Where do you guy install the EGT sensors? I was going to put it 4" down on the #1 primary pipe. Also do you guys weld on the bung that come with the sensor kit? I have aready got the headers in place and was just going to drill and tap the pipe.

Well that will give you #1 but not as a collective whole. Most install on the passenger header as close to the turbine housing as possible right next to the O2 sensor. I have the SMC EGT and you just bore a 1/8" hole and the clamp does the rest. Good luck!
