2 years ago I gotta watch a storm come in and I dont' know if it was a pressure drop or what but it was like the pine cones on the trees started smoking... Though it wasn't smoke, it was a cloud of pollen. It was one of the strangest things I've ever saw an so many trees were doing it at the time that it looked like some sort of chemical warefare with the storm clouds and yellow pollen in the air.

Last week I was dispatched to a report of a heavy smoke condition. Turns out it was just what you guys were descibing. Imagine having 2 cop cars, and 3 fire trucks parked on the street trying to figure out what the he!! the mystery smoke went. We finally figured it out after when the wind blew and it happened again.

That's cool! I've told people about that and most look at me like I'm making it up. I'm glad others have exprienced the same thing. It's definitely wild..
