Is there a on-line rule book for nhra/ihra I did a search and did not find what i was looking for.

Did the NHRA change the roll cage rule from 11.99 to 10..99?? I finally broke into the 11's and nothing was said to me. This was at my local NHRA track that is usually very strict on the rules.

they changed it to 11.49
