only seeing 4800 in 3rd

making a wot log trying to narrow down a high blm, i noticed my rpm is only reaching 4800 or so. new billet trans with nl verter
this is doing a run in 3rd at 25psi

any adjustment i can make like on the tv cable or anything ?

Run it out further. 4800 is your flash stall speed. You should have the blm locked out at WOT.

i will make another log tomorrow and stay in it longer and see if rpm goes higher. kinda weird on my log it shows 3rd and 4th both highlighted
tried to attach log but reply window wont let me
