The Car show was today at Hooters on lake underhill rd.Alot of people showed up and it was a good time.I will be attending the event all weekend and will have pictures and video photage.I'm still workong on how to download video,so any input would be helpful.Here are a few pictures from today's event.

Tim Lynch goes 6.58 @220mph today on his second run.The super pro outlaws and 10" tire class put on a show today.No turbo buicks showed,but it was still a good time.Looking forward to more action saturday.Here are some more pictures.I captured most of the action on video today.

Local competitor mark and company with his beautiful nova made it to the second round today.The two blower camaros are just about identical,except for their color.Those two cars have beautiful paint jobs.There were alot of nice cars in the 10" tire class and super pro field.Alot of attention to detail with appearance.

Great pics, thanks for sharing. Heard the car count is down quite a bit from last year but the weather is nice so if they keep the track in order there could be some record passes.

Saturday's event

#1 super pro street qualifying time is 6.38.The weather is perfect and alot of cars running fast.Ran across annette summers,she is running twin turbo 57 chevy coupe this year.Also got a picture of the new 2009 camaro super pro street car.It is twin turbo and if you look close at the bottom where the fog lites go is where the turbos sit on each side.Beautiful hi-dollar car.Heavy street class hemi baracuda hit the wall after breaking loose in the 60foot,another hi-dollar car.

That red Camaro looks like one of the Chicago Wise Guys, the car looked alot better a couple weeks ago at Byron.
