Well I'm in the market for a NICE car cover no crap ones.... I have done the whole $40 wal mart ones that dont do a thing but make the car more dirty then when it went under. Now that my T Type is back she gets the single spot in the garage so the GN will join the others outside. I want to get the BEST all wheather cover for it. Who has what covers and how do you like it????

i have the california car covers on both of mine cars and love them. But down here in florida the heat will get to them. They come witha 4 year warrenty and they will replace them with no hassle during those 4 years if something happens to them. I would check them out

i got the wolf 4 layerd one , not cheap i paid a board member here $150 and that was a good deal, cause they runs about $200, but it's very good, here's a pic

I found some decent ones from empire. This cover was a replacement cover for a custom cover that cost three times as much and started leaking water and collecting dust under the cover in less than a year. My Empire cover is 4 months old, has survived numerous strong thunderstorms and seering Texas sun, and so far is exceeding my expectations. I have 3 cars under cover, soon the other two will be covered by Empire.

I use a Car Craft 3 layer. It usually lasts 6 months outside before it starts to rip.

When it rains more than an hour, it soaks through also ---

I've had the cover on now for over a month and no problems! It seems to work great. We have had two snow storms one almost 2 feet and it has kept the car nice and dry. This cover was a good deal and works great for the money. The only extra thing I had to do is get some bungie straps to wrap it tight to the car. The wind will get under it bad if its not secured.

The California cover I bought has the cable in the center and straps at both ends of the cover. There are times its very windy at my house and have yet to have a problem with it. It was not cheap, but it is worth every penny.

:) +1 for empirecovers, is much better than expected for the price, great fit.

If I had to store outside
I have the four layer one from Kirban's it's a good cover but I don't like the waffle texture it holds dirt so I bought a cheap
Tivex one to put over it protect the $$$ one

I've got the California Car Cover Ultraweave. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny.

only gray in color, was an outside car, and protected it quite well. but it got so loaded up with dirt, that its useless now, cannot clean the dirt from it, any suggestions on how to get the dust/dirt out of it?

Could a dry cleaning place do it for you maybe?? Just a idea

true, that's why its important to have a breathable cover for a INDOOR cover as well as a OUTDOOR cover. I know my cover is breathable because I never have condensation on it in the morning, (like I use too :)).
