Over gapped one of my Top Rings .025 !!!!

I gapped all my other top rings at .019. Second rings gapped at .023 and ,024. I mistakenly (screwed up) gapped one of the top rings at .025 !!!! I also checked the bad ring in other holes with no luck. JE Pistons 3.820 and JE Pro Seal rings at +.005 file fit. Is the .025 gapped top ring trash now or can it be used with the .025 gap?? I think I know the answer but I'm just looking for confirmation.

Just run it and worry about beers and pr0n,



You'll never notice a problem as long as you never run out of beers and pr0n.

I I like you thinking , should I go wit a little larger gap on the second ring or does it really matter?

No just run it with that ring and don't open up any others, you'll never know it.

Great ! I'm putting it together now! Got .006 on piston skirt to wall on all bores up and down. Got .0015 on all mains using King Bearings.
