overboost?

car sputters when I try & nail it typically when switching gears got new coil and icm boost seems to go high maybe around 30 psi but using stock map power logger help please?

30 psi on the stock gauge or a mechanical gauge? Adjustable wastegate? What fuel you running? ALKY? 30 psi on pump gas with nothing else, you can expect to be doing head gaskets real soon...

If I read that correctly you have a stock MAP sensor hooked up? This wont tell you if you are running 30 PSI. Do you have another way of verifying your boost?

If you have the stock 2-bar MAP sensor and have PL set up for a 3-Bar sensor, PL will say 30lbs when you are only at 15lbs. Key on engine off, PL will probably show around 7lbs of boost. You either need to get a 3bar sensor or change the settings in PL for a 2-bar sensor.

ok fixed the pl map issue car runs fine with actuator rod completely. Off im still waiting on kirban to send me my fp gauge could that be a sign off a weak pump possibly not letting me boost!!!???
