Painting Downpipe and turbo.

What paint temp can I use to paint my downpipe and exhaust side of the turbo?

None that'll last. Best option is ceramic coating.

I use POR15 manifold grey on my turbo and DEI silicone header wrap paint (silver) on my headers, crossover, and down pipe, it has held up for years.

I have the typical rear main seal leak. Was thinking of covering the crossover with header wrap to keep the burning oil smell down. But maybe it will just get oil soaked.

It will get oil soaked and possibly catch fire. I advise against it.

Good call. Need to rethink that theory.
