Are the rewelded drivers headers cracked?? Have they been on a car since welding???

Interested but the last one I bought looked to be crack free till I had it sand blasted. Magically after sandblasting the crack appeared.

If the tailight has the original gn black trim and there are no breaks or cracks in it-i ll take it shipped to nyc 10312-how would you like to get paid. The black trim looks like it might have been a chrome piece painted black?

Where are they cracked at? Also is one cut and the other stock?
