pass upper door panel and armrest

I'm looking for a passenger upper door panel and armrest in grey. I also need 2 door pulls and the 2 metal headliner trim pieces that go above the doors.

Any color on the headliner pieces will work.....I can paint them grey.

I also am looking for one sill plate and the plastic trim piece that finishes the interior rear quarter trim to the door opening. It tucks under the aluminum sill plate and runs up to the headlinder... I need both sides.......any color.
