Took the car for emission testings today, and surprisingly it passed. The emission chip didn´t work with my car (seems to be the settings in the Trans+), so I had to use the Extreme-chip. What they test is:
CO: 0.0 (must be lower than 0.5)
CO at 2500rpm: 0.0 (must be lower than 0.3)
HC: 044 (must lower than 100)
LAMBDA: 1.09 (must be between 0.96-1.25)
I hadn´t adjusted anything, just took it there to chance. The HC started at 250, lowered to 180 after a testdrive and after adjusting the TPS I got it down to 044.
BUT, I failed anyways...
- Wiperpump not working (turned out to be the arm is broken)
- Had the crankcase breather on, not allowed
- Front swaybar remowed
Atleast I have a month to fix those...
Now the brake-in procedure have started. I´ll use the car at work, so it should be done by friday. Today I drove ~250 miles... I want to try it out NOW!!!
