Iv'e been trying to locate an exhaust leak on my 87 for the longest time and finally found it. I have a crack in the exhaust manifold in between # 2 and 4 cylinders where a good amount of exhaust and noise are escaping. I ran a search and only came up with drivers side problems. Is this uncommon? Can it be repaired or am I looking at buying a whole new manifold?

where in flanders are you located. I am on River Road. Yes it can be fixed. Do you know where Lodi welding is in Hackettstown. it is on the same street as the hospital next to washinghton auto parts.

Yes, I know where that road is. I'll give them a try. I might even be able to bring the manifold over today.

so where in flanders...they are also open on saturday's...I want to hook up with someone to go to great meadows....:D sucks going by myself. and have not been there in 2 yrs since head gasket popped.

I live on the Roxbury side on "Moony Mountain." I was going to go to Great Meadows tommorow night but I want to get this exhaust manifold problem squared away first. I ususally go by myself or with my brother " Turbojimmy." If I decide to go this weekend, I'll leave you a PM.
