At Denis Kirban's re union back on April 14th I purchased (4) door handle strap screw covers for my GN for 35$. Great price, right? Well, it turns out he only had 3 on him and he'd "Ship me the other one on Monday". Well, by the following Monday I had yet to recieve it so I e mailed him a reminder. "I shipped it, must have gotten lost. Let me check tracking..." . Didn't hear from him for another week. I e mailed him again and got the same thing. Last Monday I asked him to "Be a stand up guy" and ship me the cap he owes me. He took offense to this and said "How can you say that? ... For all I do for the Buick Community" Yada yada Yada. I know he supports us and has some great products but ... COME ON PAUL. It's an 8$ strap cover. Take 15 minutes out of your busy schedule and ship the cap you promised.
