pcv inline check valve

ok pcv inline check valve:

A. should I be using one?

B. If so, which one should I use?

I have been hearing good, bad, and partial things about them. Im just trying to find the factual answer.

I dont run PCV on any of my TR's anymore. I used to run the one that Pete Tomka sells. It worked great and was a perfect seal. I came to the realization that its not needed if you dont drive the car much and the oil is changed often. It just sucks a bunch of hot oily vapors in the engine which could increase detonation.
