I am planing on reinstalling my pcv valve as car is only street driven ,but i know from experience that if i dont use a CC i will suck up oil ,,,can any one suggest one that will work without breaking the bank

There are a couple of threads on this. There are plenty of options that wont break the bank. Basically for materials and the actual moisture seperator used as the catch can you can do it for less than a 100.

Order a 3/8" Kynar sealed check valve from Us plastics for 1.38 A peice.
Check Valves | U.S. Plastic Corp.

You could even order the vac line from US plastics or get that at your local automotive store.

Then purchase a moisture seperator from somewhere. This is the one I use but you can go with something less expensive if you like.

check with Mike Norris at Mike Norris Motorsport in Indy. he has a really nice black billet one that would work well. i have one on my LS2 and will probably add one to my GN

I used an oil/water seperator for an air compressor. It is not cool looking at all, but it is cheap ($5.00 at home depot) and most importantly, it works.
