Pic Request - "Houston, We Have Lift-Off"

I am looking for a .jpg/.gif/.bmp of the image on the back of the Conley Racing shirt for Tweaked. This is what it looks like:

That is a picture of Jay _____ 's car. He was a Conley Racing customer from Mississippi back in the mid 90's. Used to post a lot on the gnttype mailing list.
