I like my makorov (sp) personally. The .380 version is ok but if you get the 9x18 version you've got a little better power. It's fairly compact and will fit just about anywhere with the right holster. Not a big fan of revolvers for carry though.

My mak has never jammed or had a feed issue. Not the most accurate but it was designed or the military after all.
