Great pics

i want to know how to take pics like that.Those pics need to be in a magazine or better yet in a picture frame..please tell me how..........thanks Bob
 
I'd like to know how you accomplished those effects too... the 2nd to the last one almost looks like a painting.

thanks guys...acutally my buddy who took these pictures was using a really ****ty camera. and didnt use photoshop he used some other welly program. lol.


i have some videos of my car making some passes and such..but ill have to host em up first

I doubt he's gunna want to give away his photo secrets but I would love to know how to do that stuff!

I have one of the pix of your GN as my wallpaper now haha.
 
Those are probably HDR pictures. You take one shot with the exposure set really low and it captures all of the really light areas, and conversely makes a lot of areas really black. Then you take another picture with the exposure really high, which blows out all of the light areas, but really accents the dark areas. You then use a program to layer the two images over the top of each other and balance the two shots.

It's really great for shooting pictures inside buildings where the windows get blown out in the photograph. You can light the room perfectly, and capture a realistic look of the background through the window - without complicated lighting. But, if you play with HDR photography in an artistic sense, you can get some really wicked looking pics.
