I know all too well about a small garage. The old one was 10 x 20 and the new one is 30x 40.
The first picture is with it cleaned out right before demolition. The second picture is how it always looked.
All it takes is money. Lot's of money........
Here's the old garage before it got torn down.

Those damn trash cans went up in value, today i went to office depot after picking up my paycheck and it was 4.99!

Yes your post made me go out and buy it for him, he laughed and started making measurements:biggrin:

BW

Could have bought mine for 2.99, Christmas Special! Measured, cut and ready to slap on the car! Took mine off once i swapped intercoolers.

I was thinking about doing that flooring in my new garage but its too big and could't see paying that much. I did the epoxy floor myself in a weekend for about $800 for a 25'x42' and it came out pretty nice. I added enough flakes to make it not slippery when wet. Its still new so we will see how it holds up when I get my lift in. Hard to tell but its beige with black, brown and white flakes.

is there a crush capacity for the mat? They've been talking about doing different things to our floors at work to help brighten up our work area, but the boss is kinda worried about some stuff not standing up to some of our heavy boom trucks.

Just be thankful that you have a place to keep the TR out of the weather and a place to work on it.

I owned my GN for 3-4 yrs and it had to sit out everyday when i was renting a apartment.

I have bought a garage and got a 3 bedroom house as a bonus:) a couple of yr ago. it's kinda cluddered up rite now.i'm in the process of rebuilding the motor in the typhoon. then it's clean-up time and throw away some useless crap i have had for a few yrs that needs to go.

also what is the best floor covering/coating to put on a rough finish cement floor?

Heh, wasnt that long ago that I worked with a garage that wouldnt fit the car. Only half or so...

That sucked pulling a trans with ice on the ground in January. Car fell off the jack while I was raising or lowering (forget) and put a dent in the floorpan. Doh! Was able to knock it back out luckily.

Worked like that on and off for years. Finally purchased a house with a garage - but it was smaller than MG8T7GN's. Car still fit inside though.

You can do stained concrete for pretty cheap. Just an acid bath, wet and spread stain, seal and you're done. All of the stuff is very cheap. Probably the cheapest flooring change you can do.
