Here are a few pictures taken today at the "Cruisin for a Cure" charity car show. This is an annual car show that benefits cancer research.

Here are the first pics of my newly painted GN. Fellow board member Gary Wells showed up with his beautiful new white '87 Turbo T with a whopping 9,000 miles on the clock! This car must be seen to be believed it is so clean.

In case anyone wonders I'm the handsome fellow wearing the sunglasses......lol :) The other guy is my buddy's dad. He's an old school hotrodder that loves to talk about when he used to race his '68 Pontiac Tri-Power. He's a really cool guy. A good time was definitely had by all!

Ok, I was afraid of that. Try this one. Click on the link and then click on the "Cruisin' for a Cure" photo album. Hope this works!

Thanks, Ben. These cars may never be this clean again.
Pics came out very good.

So maybe NEXT summer you two will bring yours to the V.N. show. Any of you going to the West Coast Nats? Im leaving Fri, back Sat. (sans GN)

Yeah, I'll be at the Van Nuys show next year. I enjoyed that show a lot, and it was nice to meet some new faces. Next year I'll actually have a car to bring. :) No West Coast Nats for me this year.

I will be there with something. Might be a moped, but I will be there.
I weenied out on Las Vegas, I took time off of work to go, and just got lazy. I will make it next year for sure.

Hopefully, we will have some other Buick/TR shows between now and then.
Maybe somebody knows of some shows locally that will allow late model vehicles.

Well I'll have to keep my eyes open for local shows since all of ya bums didn't make it to WCN;) Didn't know a soul there, but it was still good racin', besides all the busted cars and bad runs I saw... geesh:eek:
