Well the good news is i got my new engine installed the bad thing is i can't ride it NO MUFFLERS!!!! i am working on the muffler thing ( not a money issue more like a now what do i install issue, but grumpy will help me out with that :smile: ) second thing the guys at pepboys installed my tires on the wrong rim, they somehow installed my huge rear tire on the 5inch rim and my small tire on the big rim , now i most likely have to pay to reverse this.

My exhaust system has no muffler and I drive it, and like it that way !!
I REALLY HOPE YOU ARE KIDDING ABOUT THE TIRES ! Having worked at Pep Boys I have seen some of the things they are capable of, but that seems even beyond what I could have imagined possible, but then again ....

well to start with it's NOT Mellissa... It's Melissa .. ya it's my Daughter and it's her GN .. She has gone 9.94 @ 138 with Alky in street trim with a no brainer combo . A lot of stuff that lots of people say didn't work (hey ya NEED bigger "stuff" ) thats where people think the car has all sorts of "secret" parts sooo I posted HER secret muffler part #s IF ya don't want to "hurl" then don't read my posts ... pretty simple really:biggrin: ... now go buy your alum heads, fast system, 88 turbo, front mount intercooler, glass bumpers , hood, and deck lid and run 11s on a good day ahhhh the net... isn't it fun

does Mellissa work on her car? If the combo is so simple then even if you were to clearly give it, people would have a hard time duplicating the times.

Back to my "must be slow because its not Mellissa's" car that was in the nines five years ago with QUALITY PARTS NOT JUNK. I wouldnt let anyone in my family drive a car with junk on it.

Uh, I've met Melissa and she definitly does not need a full face helmet to get attention. I have also seen her and the car in action at Englishtown. Both were very impressive. Now if I can get Grumpy to look at my car for a week maybe he can help me into the low 11's. I don't have any "Big" stuff on my car, just need some tuning from somebody who has years of experience and who is hot sh!t to be around.But what would you know, you own a corvette. Compensating for something.Hmmmmmm.:biggrin: I can't wait for my mid-life crisis. It should happen any day now......
