Please help again tranny probs

Im in a 87 buick gn 200 4-r tranny it started out going from 1-2 and 2-3 having to rev real high or let of gas completely. now all i have is 1st and reverse i have checked the following tv cable fine, governor spring fine nothing in pan clean fluid.
when i pulled governor had to use a pry bar to get it down but gears are fine please advice.
