Please help quick question about seal in case - 200 r4

[87 WE2]

The seal where the shifter linkage goes through the case of my 200r4 is leaking. I need to replace it. Does anyone know if a general seal puller will pull this seal? I was told theres a special tool for doing this, I am not sure because I have never replaced one. Looking for the tool if its special for this seal, and the part # for the seal.

Any trans shop should have that seal

Maybe they will let you borrow their installer if you leave them a deposit
